Building Optics summary
This sub-section of Facilities provides a view of each facility in terms of its total area, FHI, etc. You can click on Building Optics from the Facilities drop-down and see the following values visualized:

Number of buildings
-
Total square footage
-
Total PM FTE calculated
-
Total FTE actual
-
Average FHI
Navigating building optics
You can use the buttons on top to import and/or export data:

Import Data: Click on this button to import files from your computer.

Export Data: Use this button if you need to save asset data to your computer.

You can use the + Add building button in the top right corner to add a new building.

The Filters button allows you to specify your search.

Use the search box to find a facility by its name.
Expandable facility name
You’ll see a list of facilities here. Each facility's name is expandable. Click on the + icon next to a facility name and you’ll see buildings of that facility.

The buildings’ names are click-able.

Clicking on a building’s name will direct you to Facilities > Building Optics > Building Name. Here, you can view the building optics of the respective building.
